The mouth of Chi!  Feng-Shui tips for selling your home

YOU never get a second chance to make a first impression.The first thing a buyer sees is the front of your home known as the face of CHI & your front yard. Chi refers to the unseen energy of your home.  It is also known as Ki & Prana (meaning the life force energy).

You want to raise the CHI so that your home magnetizes out to the world & attracts just the right buyer for your home.  When selling your home, the first thing you need to address is The Face of Chi.

Even if your front door looks perfect. Step one is to wash the front door & the windows in the door as well. If needed paint the door & trim. The Mouth of Chi.  Additionally to enhance the Mouth of CHI, place a large 3X5 black or charcoal mat ouside in landing in front of door.  The black or charcoal colored mat represent the steady flow of water = a steady flow of potential buyers.  If your area can not accommodate such a large mat, than get the largest mat that will fit.
